Nothing automatic. The 7-day trial doesn't ask for a card, so when it ends the benefits simply switch off. If you want to continue, you'll need to add a payment method and confirm it yourself. We never make charges you haven't explicitly authorised.
Yes, at any time. If you upgrade, the remaining time is pro-rated and the new benefits activate instantly. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next renewal and you keep what you've already paid for until then.
They roll over for up to two months. So on Premium you could have 12 Fast Pass available if you didn't use last month's, which helps if you travel irregularly. Beyond that they expire.
Yes. Every subscription and individual service generates an invoice with VAT itemised, downloadable from your account. If you need company tax details, set them once and they apply to all subsequent invoices.
From your account, in two clicks, with no phone call and no explanation needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep the benefits until that day. There's no penalty or minimum term on any plan.
